The documentation which is imperative for the client, is often neglected due to tight schedules and close deadlines, and is often the key factor why payment is withheld. By contracting out to an external service provider, the documentation processing parallel to installation progress can be more efficiently organized. |

The result: prompt documentation which is done parallel to the progress of installation and transparent accounting. In light of the problems associated with documentation, and as a result of experience collected over the years, two docemos employees work to find web-based database solutions. Deficiency management/punch list item management and documentation management, time tracking, and project billing/accounting, make for more efficient work flow. The databases are continually being enhanced to meet the needs of technical documentation. |
